Ameliorative Effects of ( Capsicium Annum L.) Against Some Biochemical Alterations Associated with Metabolic Syndrome Induced in Rats

The objective of the current study was to investigate the effects of consuming high fat high sucrose (HF/HS) diet on the metabolic syndrome development in rats. Also, to study the possible protective effect of (Capsicum Annum L.) flesh or seeds on biochemical alteration elicited by high fat high sucrose (HFHS) diet. Rats were divided into 6 groups as follows, G1: balanced diet.,G2: balanced diet + RP flesh (13.8 mg /kg diet)., G3: balanced diet + RP seeds (5.5 mg /kg diet)., G4: HFHS., G5: HFHS +RP flesh (13.8 mg /kg diet) G 6: HFHS+RP seeds (5.5 mg /kg diet).

This research study was an attempt to assess the perceptions of different researchers regarding the causes and management of diabetes mellitus. The available literature has shown that heredity, radiation, disorder, and diseases of pancreas all are main causes of diabetes. Similarly, it is also concluded by the researcher that regular physical activities, proper intake of diet, and different curative medicine can help one to manage and reduce the symptoms of diabetes mellitus among the masses.
